FUOYE 2012/2013 Post UTME Date is out

We wish to inform the general public that the Federal University of Oye Ekiti has announced the date for her the FUOYE 2012/2013 post UTME.

All candidates who applied for FUOYE as first choice or second choice and scored a minimum of 180 in the March 2012 JAMB is welcome to apply.

FUOYE 2012/2013 Post UTME Application Guidelines
STEP I:

a) Make appropriate payment of N2000 + Bank Charges to Any Bank (within Ekiti State) via the eTranzact Platform.
b) Obtain Receipt and Confirmation no as Issued by e-Tranzact.
c) Proceed to www.fuoye.edu.ng and Click on Post UTME 2012
d) On the Post UTME portal, click on Post UTME Application from the Post UTME
menu
e) Submit your receipt no and confirmation no obtained from the Bank unto the
Post UTME Portal.
f) Fill in your Bio Data in all the fields. Pls Note ALL FIELDS MUST BE FILLED.
g) Submit and Print out a Validated Copy of the FILLED Bio Data Form.
h) CONTINUE TO BIO METRIC REGISTRATION.
i) Attach and upload IF BIOMETRIC HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY DONE AND SAVED
j) IF NOT START THE BIO METRIC REGISTRATION
k) Capture your right hand thumb and left hand thumb.
l) Take a Snap Shot
m) Fill – in your Jamb Reg No and Exam No Obtained from the Validated Bio-Data
Registration.
n) Click on UPLOAD and Wait for CONFIRMATION.
o) Upon CONFIRMATION Details PRINT OUT THE BIOMETRIC BADGE.

Step 2:
Visit the Website from the 25th of June 2012, Click on "Post UTME Scheduler", Select an Exam Date, Time and Venue and Print Out details.

STEP 3 (DAY OF EXAM)
q) BRING ALONG the PRINTED VALIDATED BIO-DATA FORM, BIOMETRIC BADGE and EXAM SCHEDULE DETAILS on SELECTED EXAM DATE.
r) ADMITANCE IS STRICTLY WITH THE 3 (THREE) PRINT OUTS. (VALIDATED BIO-DATA FORM, BIOMETRIC BADGE & EXAM SCHEDULE DETAILS).
s) Candidates Must Arrive ATLEAST 45minutes before commencement of e-Exams Proceed to SELECTED VENUE and SCHEDULED EXAM HALL.
t) Present SCHEDULED EXAM DETAILS TO SECURITY OFFICER UPON ARRIVAL AT SELECTED VENUE.
u) UPON ADMITANCE PROCEED TO ENTRANCE of EXAM HALL FOR BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION.
v) UPON SUCESSFUL BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION PROCEED TO EXAM HALL; TAKE AN AVAILABLE SEAT WAIT FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
w) A 10 Minute Video Presentation will guide you through the e-Exam Process.
x) Login Using USER NAME: Jamb Reg No and Password: Exam No and Start eExams.
y) Computer Based e-Exam is 60 minutes Long with 50 Questions Drawn From PreSelected Subject.

We hereby announce the release of 2012/2013 Post UTME Screening information for both UTME and Direct Entry DE candidates. The exam is slated to hold as follows;

Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso (LAUTECH) invites all candidates who made LAUTECH either their first and or second choice of institution and SCORED 200 and above in the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board’s Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted in April, 2012 to a Post-UTME Screening Exercise on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 10:00am.

Similarly, Direct Entry Applicants who have chosen LAUTECH as first and or second choice of institution in the JAMB application with a minimum of Upper Credit in ND, Credit in NCE and Lower Credit in HND in relevant subjects are also invited to a screening exercise on Monday, June 18, 2012.

How to apply


i. Applicants are to proceed to the official registration portal by clicking here to make payment of non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Naira (N3,000) only for the purpose of online registration for the screening and result checking, using Interswitch enabled Debit (ATM) Cards. For instructions on how to make your payment and successfully register, click here

ii. An Eligible candidate is expected to carefully complete and submit the online application form. Incomplete application form will not be treated.

iii. In completing the online application form, a candidate is expected to upload a digital copy of his/her scanned passport photograph which must be in JPEG (i.e. jpg) and must not be more than 20kb. The photograph must be in white background showing ears, with no cap and glasses.

iv. On submission of the application form a candidate is to print out an Acknowledgement page which assigns him/her the venue of the screening exercise.

1. UTME and DE Candidates

a) The application forms will be available online for completion and submission by both the UTME and DE candidates from Wednesday, May 30 to Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Please note that late completion/submission of forms will not be entertained.

b) Any candidates with blurred or unclear picture on the acknowledgement page will not be admitted for the screening exercise as the photograph will be used as means of identification.

c) Any candidate who fails to present himself/herself for the screening exercise as scheduled will not be considered for admission.

d) Applicants are advised to come for the exercise with their Acknowledgement page prints-out from the online registration as well as their HB pencil, eraser and pencil sharpener. The use of cell phones (GSM,CDMA,PDA) and other electronic devices is NOT ALLOWED during the screening.

2. Direct Entry Candidates

Direct Entry candidates are expected to attend the screening exercise with the following:

a. Original copy of O’level result(s)
b. Original copy of certificate/statement of result as applicable
c. DE registration prints-out from JAMBs’ website

Applicants are also expected to have forwarded their academic transcript directly to the Registrar of the University before the date of the screening/interview.

The time of the screening exercise is 10:00am in the SIFAX Lecture Theatre.

All correspondence (UTME and DE) should be sent to postutme@lautech.edu.ng. The result of the screening exercise shall be published on the same website.

UNICAL 2012/2013 post UTME Registration, Exam date is out

The 2012/2013 screening exercise for the University of calabar has been scheduled to take place from Thursday 14th June to Saturday 16th June, 2012.

Only candidates who chose UNICAL as first choice are welcome to apply. Such the cut-off mark is 200+ for Medicine & Surgery, and Law and 180+ for all other courses.

The Niger Delta University, NDU has announced registration procedure and examination dates for her 2012/2013 post UTME for her first choice prospective candidates only. Such first choice applicants must have scored a minimum of 180 benchmark in the 2012 UTME (JAMB).
Registration Procedures
Registration is online on the NDU website at www.ndu.edu.ng or at www.ndu.ac starting from 25th May, 2012 to 9th June 2012.

The Registration Process is as Follows:
i. Go to any Diamond, Skye,UBA, ECO and Trans Atlantic Mortgage Bank branch in Yenagoa or any Diamond or Skye Bank branch in Nigeria along with your UTME Registration slip.
ii. Purchase an e-pin slip for Niger Delta University Post-UTME screening for a fee of 2,000 Naira( two thousand Naira). The University cannot subsidize other charges such as Bank charges.
iii. Go online and log onto to www.ndu.ac , and click on ‘Apply for Post-UTME screening exercise ’. Complete the online application for Post-UTME screening.
iv. The Passport photograph- the passport photograph will be captured by using a web camera available on the computer you are using for the online registration. You do not need to scan a photograph and upload for the registration.

Applicants must ensure that the computer they are using has a web camera.
v. Print out the generated Acknowledgment Letter and your Application form. Your seat number for the screening exercise will be indicated on the form. You must bring these (acknowledgment letter and Application form)a along to the screening venue. Candidates are advised to make photocopies of the Acknowledgment Letter and the Application form.
Note that Candidates without the Acknowledgement Letter and Application form will not be allowed to do the Post-UTME screening exercise.
vi. Notification for Post-UTME exercise
You will receive a notification through SMS via telephone and by e-mail indicating whether or not you are qualified to do the screening exercise. The dates for your screening exercise will also be available on our web site www.ndu.edu.ng

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Your application will not be successful if:
a. your UTME score is less than 180
b. the appropriate e-pin was not used
c. If you enter a State of origin different from the one indicated on your JAMB Registration Form.
d. Note that the screening exercise starts from your buying of the pin.
2. Always check your e-mail box for mails.

To register, you must use a computer system to avoid errors.

How to Register

An eligible candidate is requested to upload his/her scanned COLOUR passport photograph with WHITE background in JPEG format which should not exceed 10KB.

On uploading the passport, a candidate is expected to first preview, confirm, and then click on the CONTINUE button to complete his/her application.

Your o'level results and the Screening Exercise subjects must be entered. If you are awaiting for your O'Level results, indicate by typing AR against the subjects.

No complaint of wrong or blank picture or wrong information entered will be entertained after submission.

Application website will close by midnight on Thursday 7th June 2012.

The registration slip and the bank teller will be demanded of the candidate to identify him/her at the screening centre to enable him/her to participate in the exercise.The photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in the University.

The University of Nigeria, Nsukka hereby invites candidates who made her either their first or second choice in the 2012 Universities Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 200 or above for Post UTME screening exam registration. The examination proper is expected to begin from Monday, June 18, 2012 and run through till Wednesday, June 20, 2012

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION
a) Eligible candidates who have fulfilled the conditions stated above should pay a processing fee of Two thousand Naira (N2,000) and obtain a
scratch card for online pre-registration at any branch of;
- First Bank of Nigeria Plc,
- Diamond Bank Plc, in the major cities of the Federation,
- University of Nigeria Micro-Finance Banks at Enugu and Nsukka.

b) Online Pre-registration commences on Friday, June 01, 2012 and ends on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Those who fail to register within this period will not be screened.

FUNAAB 2012/2013 Post UTME Screening Registration Form & Date is Out

The Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, FUNAAB, has announced her readiness to conduct the 2012/2013 Post-UTME Screening of Prospective candidates for Admission into degree programmes of the school.

FUNAAB hereby calls on all candidates who scored 180 and Above in the 2012 UTME and posses five (5) SSCE credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings.

The school specifically insists that the N2500 to be paid for the Registration PIN is not refundable and so you are responsible for making sure your O'level meets the course you are to study.

For UTME Candidates,
In addition to the minimum requirement specified at O'Level state above,
- A Pass in Physics at O-Level is acceptable ONLY for courses in Agricultural Programmes.

- A Pass in Biology with credit pass in Agricultural Sciences is acceptable ONLY for courses in Agricultural Programmes. The University does not accept Agricultural Science in lieu of Biology.

- Candidates applying for Water Resources Management should also possess a credit pass in Geography.

- For Admission into Management Sciences Courses, Candidates are expected to posses credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and two other Social Sciences subjects from Geography, Accounts, Government, Business Studies and Commerce at not more than two (2) sittings.


For Direct Entry Candidates,
In addition to the minimum requirement specified at O'Level, candidates seeking admission by Direct Entry are expected to posses a minimum of UPPER CREDIT at ND or HND and CREDIT at NCE for admissions into related areas from a recognized institution. G.C.E. Advance- Level passes in any two of the following: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Zoology/Botany are acceptable for admission into 200 Level.


FUNAAB DOES NOT ACCEPT LOWER CREDIT FOR DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION.


How to get Registered


Interested candidates who have fulfilled the above O'Level requirements are to obtain a PIN from the school's Microfinance Bank; FUNAAB Microfinance Bank, Abeokuta at the cost of N2500 (Two thousand five hundred Naira only).

Once the PIN has been obtained, the candidate is expected to come back online to fill the registration form. The registration form can be access by simply clicking here. Once the page loads up, you are to enter your Jamb Registration number and the obtained pin in the spaces provided and click "Login".

You will be required to fill five set of forms with your personal details so ensure you always save each page as you progress with filling the forms. As long as you have your PIN, you can log out and log in at any time to complete your form.

UNIBEN 2012/2013 post-UTME date is out

The University of Benin (UNIBEN) Post – UTME Screening Exercise for 2012/2013 academic session has been announced and will take place between Friday, 15th June, 2012 and Saturday, 16th June, 2012 in designated centres within Ugbowo Campus of UNIBEN.

Although the university is yet to inform us of the registration details in terms of cost, place to purchase the registration access (if any), etc. We hope to update you as soon as more information hits our desk.

According instructions on the university website, all candidates are expected to be seated, latest, one hour before the stipulated time for the screening exercise.
Note that Only the candidates who chose UNIBEN as First Choice and scored 200 and above in the UTME are eligible to participate in the Screening Exercise.

This is to inform the general public, and of course all 2012/2012 prospective students of the University of Uyo that the date for the 2012/2012 UNIUYO post UTME is out.

In this year's admission plan, the university invites only candidates who chose them as first choice and scored a minimum of 180 in the 2012 UTME exams.

The premier University, University of Ibadan (UI) is currently accepting application from her 2012/2013 prospective candidates for the admission into her various undergraduate programmes.

The University of Nigeria Nsukka, as one of the most organised and oldest universities in Nigeria is almost through with structures aimed at conducting the 2012/2013 Aptitude test/post UTME for her intending fresh students.

Although the sale of the forms/scratch cards is yet to kick-off, a message from the school examination management board, revealed the university's readiness to kick-start the registration process in no time from now.
They argued that the reason for putting structures ready is to make sure that no prospective student is left out. "We are informing the public ahead of time so that no one will be left out" a UNN staff told Myschoolcomm reporter.

As has always been the case, UNN is inviting both students who chose them either as first or second choice in the 2012 UTME, and crossed the University benchmark cut-off as published by JAMB last week.

How to apply for UNN 2012/2013 post UTME
The template on the university's website is to pre-inform everyone of the requirements, and steps toward this registration.

Candidates are to first of all, make a non-refundable payment for the registration access code/pin into UNN official accounts (to be published when the school is ready) in any branch of the partnering banks in approved sale points.

Candidates' Bio-data and academic information (JAMB score, choice of school and courses) information is to be accessed automatically from the JAMB portal, or supplied by candidates in some cases.

This is to inform the general public that the Post-UTME Screening Exercise of the Niger Delta University for the 2012/2013 session will take place as indicated below.

1. ELIGIBILITY

* Candidates who chose Niger Delta University as first choice ONLY, the PUME Screening exercise for second choice may come later

* Minimum UME score for all candidates is 180

2. REGISTRATION
Registration is online on the website at www.ndu.edu.ng or at www.ndu.ac starting from Wednesday, 25th of May, 2012 to 9th of June, 2012.

The Registration Process is as follows
i.Go to any Diamond or Skye,UBA,ECO and Trans Atlantic Mortgage Banks branh in Yenagoa or any Diamond or Sky banks branches in Nigeria along with your UTME Registration slip.

ii.Purchase an e-pin slip for Niger Delta University Post-UTME screening for a fee of 2,000 Naira ( two thousand Naira). The University cannot subsidize other charges such as Bank charges.

iii. Go online and log onto www.ndu.edu.ng and link the site www.ndu.ac or go directly to www.ndu.ac, and click on ‘Apply for Post-UTME screening exercise ’. Complete the online application for Post-UTME screening.

iv. The Passport photograph-
The passport photograph will be captured by using a web camera available on the computer you are using for the online registration. you do not need to scan a photograph and upload for the registration, Applicants must ensure that the computer they are using has a web camera.

v. Print out the generated Acknowledgment Letter and your Application form. Your seat number for the screening exercise will be indicated on the form. You must bring the (acknowledgment letter and Application form) a along to the screening venue.Candidates are advised to make photocopies of  the Acknowledgment Letter and the Application form. Candidate without the Acknowledgement Letter and Application form will not be allowed to do the  Post-UTME screening exercise

This is to Officially announce the commencement of registration for the 2012 Nov/Dec WASSCE.

The registration, which has now commenced is expected to END ON 20th July, 2012 so all candidates should take note.

Before you go on to register online or ask a cyber cafe or business centre to register you, you should download the official WAEC Registration Template which you can take home and fill correctly with your parent and guardian for guidance before proceeding online for the proper registration.

Once you're ready to register online, you will need to purchase the registration scratch card at the rate of N6,550 only. Please note that after the closing date of registration (20th July) a cost for the card (Late Registration) rises to N10,000. The scratch cards can be purchased at all WAEC Offices Nationwide.

The main exam commence on Monday 27th August, 2012 and Ends on Saturday 6th October, 2012.


To guide you in studying the areas of concentration, you can use the Waec Syllabus for each subject.


Here are a few rules you must abide to;

(1) Candidates should note that examination fees are not refundable.
(2) Entries must be accompanied with good quality (not "wait and get") passport size photographs.
Entries with unacceptable passport photographs will be rejected.
(3) Scratch cards purchased in any location can be used for uploading entries from anywhere.
(4) Candidates should study carefully, the information on the scratch cards before registration.
(5) Candidates should study the Regulations and Syllabuses as well as the Timetable for the
examination which they can download using their scratch cards
(6) Candidates who lose their scratch cards will purchase another card.
(7) All candidates must go to their examination halls in mufti and without arms. No professional
uniform of any kind will be allowed in the examination halls.
(8) The entire results of candidates who make more than one entry will be cancelled.
(9) Smoking is not allowed in the examination hall.
(10) Cellular phones and electronic organizers are not allowed in the examination halls.
(11) Involvement in examination malpractices are not allowed in the examination halls.
